The title of the investment company, which was acquired together with the Süloğlu Wind Power Plant purchased by Entek Elektrik in August 2021, was changed to Enspire Enerji Yatırımları ve Hizmetleri A.Ş. The company is 100% owned by Entek and aims to make renewable energy investments.
Esinti Enerji Üretim Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.
Esinti Enerji Üretim Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S., founded in Bursa in October 2007, was acquired in 2023 by Entek and Opet, with Entek securing the majority stake. Through this acquisition, Entek integrated the 50 MW Kinik Wind Power Plant located in Izmir, marking the second wind power facility in its portfolio.
